Staingard Protector is a highly advanced fluoropolymer based formula designed for application to all upholstery and carpet fabrics. It works by locking onto fibres to create an invisible, durable shield providing superb resistance to oil and water based spills.
This means stains caused by normal household spills can be easily removed by simple methods even when dried in. The action of Staingard Protector also means that dirt. particles do not adhere to fibres as easily, making vacuum cleaning easier and reducing fibre wear due to soil abrasion.
Staingard has the Systems and network to support your business at every level, from our industry leading and state of the art online management and registration system to our dedicated claims handling team.
Our administration and claims handling team combine experience, professionalism and enthusiasm to deliver above the expectations of the policyholder, client and underwriter.
Underpinning our offer is our multifunctional claims management system. From the initial call the consumer makes, to the appointment of a technician, the HFR system ensures that the claimant is treated with fairness and impartiality at all times. Dedicated claims lines are assigned to all schemes and claims reporting will be by retailer and type in addition to conventional underwriting reports. Claimants can also register claims on line or by email.
