Our National Team of account managers and support staff are committed to providing the support required to ensure the success of its schemes and maximise sales and profitability. We regularly conduct training sessions that cover all aspects associated with client schemes and draw on many years of experience working with some of the UK’s most successful independent retailers.

Training is delivered in accordance with retailer requirements on both a one to one and group basis and can also incorporate train the trainer. Training also encompasses elements not directly associated with the sale of the care package such as understanding Leather.

Our people have been involved in furniture for many years and bring together skills gained in sales, retailing, customer care, training and scheme development.
